ETC changes:
Nerfed big boo boss (6hp -> 4hp)
Made all doors that leads to boss fight large
Changed some sprites graphics that appear in multiple worlds(for example thwomps in lava factory and castle mania)
Fixed volcano lotus fireballs palette
Changed smb2 block/veggie graphics on few levels/worlds

Fixed buggy cherry cutting off already-got-this-a-coin tile
Bowsers castle:
made it more consisted with rest of the world
because of above there are some changes to sprite placements
fixed lavafalls palette
made the part right after midway-point easier
Now has unique background(this extends to the bowser battle)
Credits sequence now uses teleport instead of pipes
