 1. INTRODUCTION

  This is the third hack that I have created in the time that I have
 known about Lunar Magic (however, I'm counting this one as my first
 official hack). I have been working on this for a grand total of three
 months (as of October 16, 2009) and have, figuratively, poured my
 blood and sweat into this hack, working on it as much as I can. I
 hope you enjoy the fruits of my labor, and I hope you have fun.

 2. INSTRUCTIONS
______________________________________________________________________


  After un-zipping the folder left double click the .ips patch and then
 select a CLEAN unmodified .smc file in order to patch the file.

 One can also use Lunar IPS ( Fusoya) to select the patch and the
 CLEAN unmodified .smc file in order to patch the .ips file.

 After applying the patch the hack is ready. One can then open the file
 in their SNES emulator and start to play.

 3. STORY
______________________________________________________________________


  After returning from their picnic at Mushroom Meadows, Peach, Mario
 and Luigi return back to Mushroom castle only to find the castle
 engulfed in a state of panic. The toads are in a state of distress
 and are running away from the castle.

 Before running off to his home, one toad tells Princess Peach, and the
 Mario brothers that Bowser has charged through the castle looking for
 Princess Peach.

 The trio race to the castle, hoping to try and stop The Koopa King.
 When the trio arrive at the castle they find Bowser standing in the
 center of the castle, appearing as if he had been waiting for them.

 "Did you think I was finished in Dinosaur Land? I wasn't finished!"
 Bowser cries.

 After swiping at Mario and Luigi (knocking them both out cold),he
 grabs Princess Peach and runs off into the distance, far away from
 Mario, Luigi, and the toads still remaining in the castle.

 After awakening from Bowser's knockout blow, Mario and Luigi realize
 what Bowser's done. Mario, always eager to defeat the Koopa King, is
 ready to begin his search to find the kidnaped Princess Peach. Luigi,
 though shaken, is also ready to search for Peach as well. Mario and
 Luigi begin a new chapter in (what seems to be) their never ending
 quest to save Princess Peach.

 Peach isn't the only one that Bowser has taken. In the far off
 places of Yoshi's Island Bowser has, yet again, taken the Yoshi eggs
 and entrusted each of his seven children with one of them. What could
 the fiend be planning?

 4. FEATURES
______________________________________________________________________


  The Plumber Saga features a variety of "custom" elements.  Within the
 hack one will experience custom sprites, music, font, level and
 overworld design, as well as custom graphics.

 One may also note that the hack is a two-player game (this option
 cannot be altered by the player). This allows the player to "team up"
 with a friend or one can play by themselves and complete the game.

 In addition to the "two player" patch, there are also a variety of
 Xkas patches implemented in order to ensure that the hack has a
 different feel to it.  A full list of all Xkas patches can be found in
 the Credits section along with the author and creator of the patch. It
 is advised that one reads these in order to reduce the amount of
 surprise and the questioning of what is happening in the hack.

 5. KNOWN GLITCHES

 - This is not really a glitch, however be warned of slowdowns occuring
 for no apparent reason.  I do not know the cause of the slowdown,
 therefore I cannot fix it.

  The reason behind mine compiling of this song list is for the rom
 hacking community.  Within various videos and playthroughs of hacks
 that I have personally seen, it always makes me wonder as to what
 music a particular song may be or who it is composed by.  With the
 creation of this song list one will be able to know what the song is
 within a certain level and help with the decision of using it or not
 using in their own hack. Within my hack there is also an extensive
 amount of custom music, so it is only fitting. Hope you enjoy the
 hack, and the music within it.
