Title: TEN: This Ends Now
Started during late june and finished mid july, this hack started as a simple joke once i made a blatant edit of level 105, a friend liked the
level and i just made more. TEN is the codename of the hack, and because of that, i just did 10 levels to fit. This hack was also made as a reboot of my 2017 hack
-Level 1: The First Challenge
Codename: N/A
The second level i made for this hack, it was just a blatant edit of 105 for fun, nothing crazy.
-Level 2: Waku Waku
Codename: Is Pac-Man Pissed?
Fourth level made. During the creation of this i just was playing around with cement blocks, then i just had the bright idea of a neon level, ala VLDC9,
then pac man was in mind. The port of this was made late in development, eventually it got finished, because of that, i added an extra part to the level,
the second room.
-Level 3: Dead's Man Drop
Codename: Haunted
Fifth level made. From my 2017 hack, this was done with "Kamek's Path" in mind, reworking it since the 2017 iteration is shit. Same assets, same music,
same concept, but better.
-Level 4: Dream Collision
Codename: Dreamy
Sixth level made. This was done in reference to my hack "The Great Giana Sisters 2", which was... not well received and it's not very well constructed.
Using the SMB1 like in that hack, i did this level solely based on SMB1, as "TGGS2" was based off a mobile game with the SMAS Assets while being "The Great Giana Sisters".
-Level 5: Factor Fear
Codename: Factor Fear
Seventh Level made. This level was made with another 2017 level in mind. While the OG had SMB3 assets this one uses custom graphics to be more different.
-Level 6: Rocky Waterway
Codename: N/A
Eight Level made. Inspired by "Bowser Rampages Again", this is a water level taking notes from said hack.
-Level 7: Anti-Sushi
Codename: Anti-Sushi
The Third level made. Inspired by VIP4 and to some extent, ASMT, this level has boss bassas the main obstacle, just like in 2 levels of the mentioned hacks. This level is also a
retake on "Critter Castle" from 2017.
-Level 8: The Final Station
Codename: END
Last level made. Inspired by "Gokudo Mario World" (Mob Mario) this takes level 1 as inspiration. Being the last level it has the obligatory bowser rooms with levels from 2017
not fully recycled, instead, rebuilt to fit my current design, most of them at least.
-Level 9: Bird Night Riders
Codename: King of the Hill
Ninth Level Made. Done with the theme of TMNT in mind, this level features bubbles from a level made by a friend, i asked for the bubbles and the result is this level.
-Level 10: Devil's Garden
Codename: Jenka
First Level and finished last. This was done to test the Grasstown Assets, i put it aside and gave some structure to it but not often, mainly because of CS tileset being a pain,
this level ended being the most longest level in the game and the last to complete. Inspired by "Jenka no Akumu" or "Jenka's Nightmare", this takes a section with these colors and assets
to build the first section, later sections were done to make the level more long, as well as taking some scrapped ideas from 2017.
-Storehouses-
Viewing Point: A small level with a bunch of Text Boxes that contain information about some levels. This level also contains the entrance to the Special world (Press Down in the Bed)
Dreamy Storehouse: Storehouse with a life farm to avoid frustration if you lose lives.
-SPOILERS-
Once you beat "Devil's Garden", jump over the last pipe in "This Ends Now" to reveal an extra reward, "Home Sweet Home", house of some scrapped designs and stuff.
