Hack: Super Mario Infinity - Mystery of the Magic Wand

This is the fixed version of Super Mario Infinity - Mystery of the Magic Wand. This version fixes the latest released version of the hack to be compatible for accurate emulators.

Fixes provided:
* Fixed broken music included in the game originally which would crash accurate emulators, this hack is now console compatible.
* In order to perserve the original hack as best as possible, I've included the crash fixes as optional patches. The patches include FeatherFix.asm and WaterLvlFix.asm. In order to insert them, you'll need to use Asar by Alcaro. You can download the program here or from the Tools section of SMWCentral: https://www.smwcentral.net/?p=section&a=details&id=19043

Patches:
* FeatherFix.asm: Feather Fix by Romi. This patch fixes an issue where if Mario were to collect a feather above the screen on an autoscrolling level, the game would freeze.
* WaterLvlFix.asm: Pre-Lunar Magic 3.00 Water Bubble Fix by FuSoYa. This patch fixes a crash that occurs where Mario swims above the screen on screen #0 in a horizontal water level.

Known issues:
* There are some music issues when it comes to percussion instruments not reloading immediately after Star music has finished.
