Fixed the message after Grassland castle and fixed the grammar error in the welcome message.

Yeah, my hack. The one Adam uploaded had a few bugs.

Fixes:

-Pipe in switch palace -Destruction on pipe valley -Pallet problem and tile fixed on the pipe in the switch palace -grammar at welcome message fixed -message after grassland castle changed
