Super Isikoro Mario World

I used a lot of graphics, music and sprites.

[ update ver220707 ] English version added. Some messages were changed. Fixed misalignment of droplets produced when touching layer 2 lava. Fixed strange tiles appearing on Super-Koopa before it took off. Fixed tile changes if you keep face to face with Dark Boo. The first room in SP8 was changed.

No changes are made to the BGM.
