Fixed huge mistake at the end of 'Sand castle', were you can stuck forever.

A few level changes in the 'Sand castle'. 
Changed Auto-scroll from slow to medium 2 in the credits.
Fixed possible slowdown in 'Lockjaw sea'.
One block with multiple coins replaced with power-up in 'Lockjaw sea'.

Very tiny edit in the 'Sand castle'

I think this is last update, because i'm too lazy to make good city themed submap and add two new levels. Sorry.
