Removed the switch palace animation due to glitches
Fixed some graphical glitches and cutoff
Fixed a glitch with sideways lava where it wouldn't hurt the player when touched
Made minor changes to level design (mostly to remove redundant elements)
Fixed some pillars in the icy part of the Wooded Valley, they weren't solid for some reason
Changed some outdated screenshots on the hack's page
