+Fixed bug with sprite killer. It now kills Yoshi, as intended.
+Gave sprite-killing deathblocks (glowing yellow spikes) thin hitboxes for Mario like the other deathblocks. Hitboxes for sprites are unchanged.
+Fixed bug with turnaround patch not working sometimes.
+(Slight spoiler) You can now enter doors in the upside-down level with down, as well as up
+Fixed minor cheese. I left some in that I don't mind.
