- Edited from monochrome to colored flag
- Edited from normal to roman numeral

- Edited from original to shaded stars
- Edited from original to Super Mario Advance 2 item box*
- Edited from SMB1 to number/letter with small above style

* It's not removal reason about the palette 3 will fade away in item box and layer 3 water, but not item sprite.
