Added a small amount of leniency to the final tricks in Jokulhlaup, Shell Your Soul and Higher Than Hell In lieu of occasionally informing everyone within a half mile radius that sticky keys has been activated, regular jumping in Higher Than Hell now just plays the regular jump sound effect Changed/added a few indicators
