reznor: made this more of a challenge for cape gamers.

water: (1st half) fixed beginning, regularised slow down at end.

mining: (2nd half) removed off-screen slope at beginning.

nokonoko: (1st half) added helper block. (2nd half) made some obstacles easier, forced ducking on springboard.

keyhead: fixed sliding check asm, and appearing key bug.

mushroom: made 1-up skip harder.

depraved: tried to make magikoopa always appear at end.
