(The BSO File is the override file used by BSNES-HD to do widescreen, just a normal text file)

To use widescreen:
Play the rom in BSNES-HD version 10.3 or greater https://github.com/DerKoun/bsnes-hd/releases
Be sure to put the .bso file in the same folder as your rom
