1. Recommend PJ64 1.6 and higher
2. Change Config: SM64 "Memory size" from the default [4MB] TO [8MB]
3. Change "counter factor" to [1]
4. If ice textures are not transparent (see through) during gameplay, try using a different graphics plugin:
