This is a Mysterious (Urban Legend) story about the infamous, forgotten, and forbbiden update of Super Mario 64 that came from 2020, Super Mario 64 V. -3.0, also known as the MINUS THREE.

"Super Mario 64 is one of the best family friendly games out there, but what you didn't know there's a haunted and mysterious update that nobody ever heard.
It's called Version -3.0, formerly Version 3.0
Back in 1998, in Nintendo of Japan, The developers planned to make an expansion update for SM64, with more characters, levels, and powerups. Until on a Stormy night, a lighting stroke the studio, it turn off the lights and went back on.
The game seemed fine, but they saw the date on the ROM file has changed to January 1, 2020, even thought that year is 1998. The Testers tested the game, and everything seemed fine, BUT, when they enter the Bob-omb Battlefield painting, they notice a glitch on the message on the Star Act Selection, the Act name is missing. When enter, an error message pop up, leaving the testers scared. while gameplay, they instantly stop playing. Testers had heart attacks and severe headaches, so they decided to destroy the cartridge, delete the rom  and cancel the update.
But rumors heard that someone in dev kept the rom.
If you found this suspicious rom with the name Version -3.0, here's my advice:
PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!
