Super Mario 64: B button improvements

Original SM64, but Mario can: -Ledge grab from a dive recover (like in SM64 DS). -Do a dive recover with B + Z from low speed. -Do a small jump from the top of a pole with B. -Recover from a slide kick with B.

Useful for RTABC (real time A button challenge).
