★ ★ Super Kaizo Star Road! ★ ★ 

★ What's Kaizo? ★
☆ Kaizo, from Japanese 改造, which means "reorganized" or "revamped", is a term used in the gaming community to refer to difficult hacks of games, where usually the only difference is the rearrangement of existing objects. 

Super Kaizo Star Road is done in the spirit of Kaizo Mario 64 - so expect lots of flamethrowers, chain chomps, chuckyas, and more. 

Just like Star Road, there are 130 stars, including 10 "Replica" stars that appear after you collect the 121st star in the Hidden Palace.

★ Important Notes ★
☆ If you see a Koopa shell laying around, touch it and see what happens! (It won't hurt you, I promise.) 

☆ Red coins in this game do not go toward your coin counter, nor do they increase your health! Tread carefully!

☆ You have infinite lives! Yay!

☆ You can press L to reset, no gameshark code required! Yay!

☆ This game requires framewalking. If you are playing on controller, you will need to assign a macro to another button to allow it to function as "up" on the joystick. If you are on keyboard, then this is a non-issue.

Framewalking is done by mashing the up button up certain types of slopes. Look to 130/80 star speedruns for examples (Large Leaf Forest, Koopa Canyon).

★ Game Freezing Warnings ★ 
☆ Game WILL freeze in Bowser 1's "fight" area if the camera turns to the left instead of right when the star spawns (this can be manipulated by aiming more right for the final red coin). This is due to the star spawn animation overloading the VRAM.

☆ Game CAN freeze in BBF due to the large quantity of flamethrowers, bullet bills, and chain chomps.

☆ Game CAN freeze in CCCoral due to the bullet blasters. Take care not to let too many fire at once. (This is the case in the original hack, too - not my fault.)
