UPDATES (v1.2):

- Fixed Metal Cap music, which caused the game to crash

- Castelier Plaza (Course 10) has few more coin ranges, updated the 
vanish cap wall texture and its music has changed

- Slightly increased the slide room star door number requirement

- Fixed the star doors requirement miscount in the basement, for Bowser 2 and Waterland Wetworks

- Fixed other objects that disppeared at missions in later stages

- "Under" of Flying Badlands (course 2) is called "Glitch" 

- "Center" of Forgotten Factory (course 15) is called "Path" and is being slightly placed
