King Whomp's 2D Curse

Made for the Simpleflips 2024 Slide Competition Invited back to Peach’s castle for cake, Mario quickly finds that he can no longer move north or south; it’s as if he is stuck in 2D! King Whomp has taken one of the castle’s power stars, and is using it to entrap the entirety of the castle’s residents with this curse.
