Green Star Revenge 4: Forgotten Tower Exploration

Another GSR entry in the series, the 4th one. This time based off of Super Mario New Star.

Note: Course 11 is seemingly impossible on most plugins due to crashes, so using Jabo on Project64 1.6 is recommended for those looking to beat the hack 100%.
