Use Parallel LLE, or PJ64 1.6
INSTRUCTIONS
An Adventure and a Half.bps, then click 'apply patch'. When prompted, select an unmodified Super Mario 64 ROM. Then press 'save' when prompted for the output ROM name. Open it up with your emulator, and you're set!
