Patch the 90°Walljumps64 file with flips on a normal Super Mario 64 rom to play. Aside from the Walljump change it also includes aglab2's parallel lakitu camera, which is helpful to set the camera into useable positions.
The camera itself makes Lakitu cam like the one used in the Bowser levels. You can use D-pad buttons for even finer angles outside of the 8 normal ones. 

If you want to use it on a hack then open the txt file with CajeASM and assamble it onto a ROM. Don't forget to remove the checksum if needed before hand and fix the checksum after patching it on.
